Project Manager

Trillium is seeking a Project Manager in the State of North Carolina with a background in roofing construction. Project Manager
1. Ensure execution of the Project Performance Absolutes:
o Conduct a detailed bid review
o Conduct a thorough contract review
o Create a project manual
o Deal with end customer's and fully understand expectations
oEstablish accurate budgets and realistic production goals
o Establish project specific safety and quality control
o Conduct internal pre-job meeting and on-site preconstruction meeting
o Establish an open and ongoing line of communication for project team
o Conduct regular project performance meetings(bi-monthly minimum)
o Exercise disciplined change order management
o Conduct timely and thorough project closeout
o Conduct post-job performance review 2. Make it understood that the customer is our first priority and that each employee is here to support that priority.
3. Coordinate and control all office and administrative operations to maximize the effectiveness of the available labor, material, and equipment resources available to you.
4. Verify estimates and review project drawings and/or specifications. Project Managers should have 3-5 years experience within the roofing industry. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
