In this role you would be responsible for conducting real estate closings, reviewing title abstracts, and drafting various legal documents as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, ability to operate in a high-volume environment, and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
Closing residential and commercial real estate loans for properties located in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Review title searches and explain title review to support staff.
Prepare various legal instruments for use in real estate transactions as needed.
Required Skills:

years prior real estate closing attorney experience.

years prior title review experience.
North Carolina Bar License.
South Carolina Bar License or willingness to take South Carolina Bar.
Salary:
Commensurate based on experience.
