- Plan, coordinate, and expedite customer orders and inventory to maximize customer service and response time.
- Assist in receiving inbound shipments of product and coordinate with the Quality Control team inspection process.
- Work closely with the sales, purchasing, and the warehouse team to coordinate and plan having the proper inventory in the right place at the right time.
- Print sales orders and work orders along with labels to support accurate and timely processing and shipping of open orders.
- Manage open orders and back orders to assure product is in place to ship to the customer in a timely fashion.
- Enter and process new sales orders.
- Plan, coordinatexpedite customer orders and inventory to maximize customer service and response time.
Professional Experience Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent - 2 years successful experience within a similar industry - Familiar with Microsoft Excel - Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment - Professional attitude and representation - Strong planning and organizational skills Job Type:
